Return Policy.

Request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

• आप अपना ऑर्डर मिलने के 7 दिनों के भीतर रिटर्न का अनुरोध कर सकते हैं।
• Eligible if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  यदि प्रोडक्ट टूटा हुआ, खराब या गलत है तो रिटर्न मान्य होगा।
• Orders that are incomplete or missing items qualify for return.
  यदि ऑर्डर अधूरा है या कोई आइटम गायब है तो रिटर्न किया जा सकता है।
• Not eligible if product is used, original packaging is missing, or tags are removed.
  यदि प्रोडक्ट इस्तेमाल किया गया है, पैकिंग गायब है या टैग हटाए गए हैं तो रिटर्न संभव नहीं।
• Sale/Promotional items are non-returnable unless defective.
  सेल/प्रमोशन में खरीदे गए प्रोडक्ट्स केवल खराब होने पर ही रिटर्न होंगे।

Refund Policy .

• Refund processed after inspection & approval of returned item.
  रिटर्न किए गए प्रोडक्ट की जांच और स्वीकृति के बाद ही रिफंड होगा।
• Refund credited to original payment method within 5–7 business days.
  रिफंड 5–7 कार्य दिवस में आपके उसी पेमेंट मोड में जमा होगा।
• Shipping fees refunded if the error is ours; otherwise may be deducted.
  यदि गलती हमारी है तो शिपिंग फीस भी वापस होगी, अन्यथा काटी जा सकती है।

• Refund initiated post inspection.
  जांच पूरी होने के बाद रिफंड शुरू होगा।
